NOTICE OF ELECTIONS TO THE ADVISORY COMMITTEE OF THE REGISTERED SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

Solcom Media s.r.o. r. with Mr. and Invitation to submit a candidate form for a PV member + written consent

Management of Solcom Media s.r.o. r. with Mr. announces that on August 10, 2022, from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in the premises of the trading company at ul. Rovniankova 12, 851 02 Bratislava, held elections for the advisory committee of the registered social enterprise Solcom Media s.r.o. r. with p., whose competence is defined by § 9 of Act no. 112/2018 Coll. of the Act on the Social Economy and Social Enterprises and on Amendments and Supplements to Certain Acts as amended and regulated by the internal regulation of the commercial company no. 01/2021 and its amendments.

In the elections for a member of the advisory committee, the following has the right to run:

– employee of the registered social enterprise Solcom Media Ltd, r.s.p.

– consumer of goods or services produced, delivered, provided or distributed by the relevant social enterprise,

– a resident of the municipality CÍFER – PÁC, as the municipality in which the operation of the registered social enterprise is located,

– a natural person who, for the registered social enterprise SOLCOM MEDIA Ltd, r.s.p. in the previous 12 consecutive months, she performed volunteer activities for at least 150 hours.

if he is a citizen of the Slovak Republic or a foreigner who has a permanent residence in the municipality, is over 18 years old and meets some of the following criteria at the time of the elections:

– for an RSP employee, the criterion is a valid and effective employment contract,

– for the consumer of goods or services that RSP produces, supplies, provides or distributes, the criterion is at least one contractual relationship between RSP and the consumer, within which at least one production or delivery of goods or provision of services by RSP to the consumer was carried out,

– for a resident of the municipality in which the RSP operation is located, the criterion is permanent residence in the municipality,

– in the case of a natural person who has performed volunteer activities for RSP in the previous 12 consecutive months for at least 150 hours, the criterion is the Agreement on volunteer activities concluded between RSP and the volunteer and any confirmation or report confirmed by RSP, from which the performance of volunteer activities for the benefit of RSP for at least 150 hours in the past 12 consecutive calendar months results.

We invite a candidate for a member of the advisory committee to submit a written candidacy at the company office at the address ul. Rovniankova 12, 851 02 Bratislava until August 1, 2027.

The application form must contain the name, surname, title, date of birth, telephone contact and address of permanent residence.

List of documents that must be attached to the nomination form for the election as a member of the advisory committee:

– a self-signed affidavit of the fact that the person is an employee of the relevant registered social enterprise or a consumer of goods or services produced, supplied, provided or distributed by the relevant registered social enterprise, or a resident of the municipality in which the operation of the relevant registered social enterprise is located or that he is a natural person, or who has performed voluntary work for a registered social enterprise in the previous 12 consecutive months for at least 150 hours. The voter is obliged to provide correct and complete information in the affidavit, otherwise he commits an offense according to §21 par. 1. letter b) Act no. 372/1990 Zb. about offenses.

– consent to the use of personal data for the purposes of their processing and publication within the framework of elections
to the advisory committee of a registered social enterprise pursuant to Act no. 18/2018 Z. z. of the Personal Data Protection Act, as amended.

Elected candidates will become members of the advisory committee for a period of 5 years.
